About

The story

Tom Saliba helps omni-channel retailers do what he has spent eighteen years doing from the inside: turning trading performance into sustainable revenue and margin growth.

That experience was earned in the P&Ls of Britain's most recognisable retail names. He learned the trade at ASOS and River Island, ran Brands & Ivy Park as a Senior Merchandiser at Topshop, and led merchandising for around 45% of Missguided's product revenue. As Merchandise Director at Bonmarché he delivered +18% revenue and +21% margin growth in a single year across 225 stores, ecommerce, and three fulfilment centres. Most recently, as Merchandising Director at Boohoo, Debenhams Group, he improved year-on-year revenue performance by 41 percentage points within a year, turning a steep decline into near-level trading, while building DSGN Studio into an independent brand forecast to reach ~£30m.

The approach is an operator's, not a theorist's. Tom starts where the money is made: the product critical path, the WSSI, stock health, pricing and promotional mechanics. He pairs sharp commercial judgement with genuine people leadership, having coached multiple Heads of Merchandising into senior roles. His grounding in International Business, Finance & Economics at the University of Manchester means he speaks the language of the boardroom as fluently as the language of product. Drapers named him one of the industry's "30 Under 30" in 2015.

He is based in Greater Manchester and flexible to travel. Away from the trade floor he has fifteen international rugby caps for Lebanon and a golf handicap he describes as his retirement plan.
